The UK-Cyprus Enterprise Council (“UKCEC”) is an independent, voluntary, apolitical, not-for-profit organisation led by UK Cypriot entrepreneurs, professional people and philanthropists, which has the following main objectives:

• To promote bilateral trade between the UK and Cyprus.
• To promote a positive image of Cyprus in the UK (and internationally).
• To promote inward investment into Cyprus.
• To encourage the development of cross-border networks of UK and Cypriot entrepreneurs and businesses.
• To support cultural and related initiatives aimed at enhancing Cyprus’s standing in the UK (and internationally).
• To support philanthropic initiatives linked to the Council’s business and cultural activities.
• To spearhead strategic events and initiatives designed to support the Councils’ promotional work.
• To collaborate with the UK and Cyprus Governments and other UK- and Cyprus-based strategic bodies, including the broader UK Cypriot community, in order to facilitate the Council’s promotional work in the UK.
