The Ministry of Energy, Commerce & Industry of the Republic of Cyprus has announced a tender for the development and operation of a Science and Technology Park (STP) in Pentakomo, Cyprus.

The STP’s vision is to establish itself as an internationally recognised hub for technological and scientific excellence, fostering collaboration, sustainability, and entrepreneurship. Through its strategic positioning and robust infrastructure, the STP will serve as a catalyst of growth for a dynamic ecosystem that nurtures start-ups, supports research organisations, and attracts multinational corporations.
Cyprus is building the next global tech destination – a cutting-edge Science and Technology Park that transforms ideas into impact. A launchpad for business creation, technological advancement and economic grown, powered by a bold public – private partnership. The Investor will lead development, define strategy, drive innovation, and ensure financial success. The Government provides policy support, alignment with national priorities, and strategic oversight. Investor selection follows a three – phase process: pre-qualification, proposal, and final award.
The tender T&Cs include a number of financial, tax, planning/building and work permit incentives. The deadline for the submission of requests for participation is the 12th September 2025. Full details available via the official link.
