As proud supporters of the Cyprus Environment Foundation (CEF) and its wonderful work protecting the island’s natural beauty, biodiversity and ecosystems, we’re delighted to get behind their latest initiative, the Go Overboard Cyprus Swim Challenge. Taking place throughout July 2026, this fun, month-long swim fundraiser invites swimmers across Cyprus to take on a 1–3 km swim, whether in a pool or out in the open sea.

By participating, you’ll support the Cyprus Environment Foundation’s frontline work to protect Cyprus’ beautiful seas and the communities that depend on them. Join this inspiring movement, part of the global Go Overboard Challenge, and help make a splash for the planet!

The Go Overboard Global Challenge is a worldwide movement, born from the original 2014 Albania-to-Corfu charity swim running between April and October 2026 in support of marine conservation.

How it works

Participants fundraise through the campaign’s Crowdfunder page or they can create their own personalised page.

01 Set your challenge — whether that’s a few meters or a few kilometers, set your swimming target. Then share the campaign’s page with friends and family and ask them to cheer you on with a donation.

02 Swim anywhere, anytime throughout July — in the sea, a pool, or wherever you have access — until you’ve completed your goal.

03 Joining is completely free. If you’d like a branded swimming cap and tote bag, you can add the €50 merchandise pack at registration.

04 Every euro donated goes directly to marine conservation in Cyprus through Cyprus Environment Foundation’s work.
