As part of our strategy of seeking to diversify the talent on our Board, we are very pleased to announce that Marinos Alexandrou has agreed to join us.

Marinos is a serial entrepreneur and investor with a diverse portfolio spanning healthcare, medical technology, hospitality and the beverage sector. Recognised for his ability to scale niche businesses into international brands, Marinos combines operational abilities with a technology-powered approach to drive innovation across international markets.

In the healthtech sector, he founded Adam Health, a pioneering MedTech venture. Adam Health is the first longevity platform to utilise proprietary sensors to create a physiology-first AI model, successfully bridging the gap between wearable data and clinical diagnostics to transform mens health. Building on this clinical foundation, Marinos is also the founder of International Andrology, a leading group of specialised clinics. 

Beyond his ventures in healthcare, Marinos has successfully founded and scaled businesses in the craft beverage industry. He is the founder of 3 Locks Brewing Company in London’s Camden Town and the co-founder of the Microbrewery of Paros, the producer of the award-winning 56 Isles Beer.

Born in Cyprus and having lived in the UK for 20 years, Marinos possesses a deep understanding of the business landscapes in both regions. He is passionate about fostering entrepreneurial talent and strengthening the strategic economic ties between the two countries. As a member of the UKCEC board, he brings a unique perspective on innovation, brand building, and the integration of technology to support the Council’s mission of empowering the next generation of business leaders.
