On Thursday 11th June, our Neo Gen Leadership welcomed guests to the Cyprus High Commission in London’s St James’s Square for an evening that was as thought-provoking as it was timely.

The Age of AI: What Young Professionals Need to Know brought together two expert speakers for an engaging exploration of artificial intelligence, where it came from, where it’s heading, and what it means for the people navigating their careers right now.

Moderated by Jason Sofianos of the Neo Gen leadership team, Matthew Hill set the scene with an introduction to AI’s evolution, offering practical perspective on the workplace challenges and opportunities likely to emerge. Marina Antoniou then took a deeper look at the intersection of people, AI compute, and performance, looking at the trends shaping organisations today and the solutions gaining traction.

The presentations sparked a lively, moderated discussion, with the audience Q&A producing some compelling exchanges. Guests then continued the conversation over food and drinks, and the opportunity to network.
